Attached is the information for participation in the 2005 Hopkins County Fall Festival Arts & Crafts Show, September 16 & 17, 2005, in the Sulphur Springs High School. Please pay close attention to the criteria for participation:

· You do not have a commercial Arts & Crafts business. If you are commercial, contact the Hopkins County Civic Center, at 903-885-8071. They will be glad to accommodate you.

· You may not sell items that are not handmade (for example, jewelry, kits, button covers, candle holders, manufactured clothing or other items you order, take out of the box and display for sale.)

· You will need to provide your own tables, chairs, and display equipment.

· Each exhibitor is limited to NO MORE THAN TWO SPACES.

· No questionable items may be sold (example: vulgar pictures or words). This is a family event.

Hours for set-up are Friday, September 16th from 8:00 a.m. till 10:00 a.m. The Arts & Crafts Show will be open to the public from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday, and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.

If you want the same space as last year, please indicate so on your form. I will do my best to accommodate you. If you need electricity, please indicate that also.

After returning the enclosed form, The Family and Consumer Sciences Committee will review your application. Verification letters will be mailed in early September. Get your application in early for the best spots!
